"My wife and I were looking for a program where our 14-year-old daughter could participate in fitness activities with a peer group. What we found was exactly that and a whole lot more!

Dee Person has developed a program that focuses on fitness, healthy nutrition, positive self-image and understanding the thoughts that create and develop self-esteem. Dee creates a positive atmosphere where the girls are comfortable pushing themselves physically and talking through their feelings. The learning process of being able to understand thoughts and work through issues, has been an invaluable experience for our daughter.

The part of the program that sets it apart from any other is simple; Dee. A truly inspiring example, Dee delivers authentic and unique classes with an unparalleled passion. The girls are able to work with a role model who exudes positive energy and inner strength.

We have seen immediate results with our daughter. In particular, her outlook on positive and negative things that happen, how she feels about herself, her nutrition habits and her exercise habits. We feel like the initial impact is just the start and we firmly that the program Dee has created will have a life-long impact."

- Joanne & Dave Hopkins (daughter, Anna 14 years old)
